Hello,
we are Renee and Stefan. We are avid travelers ourselves, which is why we designed this apartment to reflect what we would expect during our own vacations. We are laid-back individuals, so please feel free to ask us anything that is important to you. We definitely have some insider tips to share with you :) We are into sports, enjoy good food, and strive to make the most of life. We look forward to hosting you.

Rules
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- Please observe the quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM as required by law.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment.
- The use of all items in the apartment is at your own risk.
- Please wash the dishes before check-out or load them into the dishwasher and turn it on.
- We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in an acceptable condition, including proper disposal of trash.
- The presence of individuals not included in the reservation is not permitted without our explicit permission.
- In case of lost keys, a replacement fee will be charged.
- Please note that a local tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable according to regional law. This fee is not included in the booking and will be collected upon arrival.
- Pets are allowed, but we request prior notification during the booking process.
