General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Holiday Apartments Ap9210
1. Booking
- A booking is considered confirmed as soon as the guest has received a confirmation from us by email.
- All bookings are personal and non-transferable.
2. Prices and payment
- The prices quoted include statutory taxes but exclude local tourist tax, if applicable.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or through the booking system on our website.
- The total amount is due before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation and refund
- Full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 30 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
- 25% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show.
4. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 10:00 am
- Special times possible by arrangement.
5. Use of the apartments
- The apartment is intended exclusively for the number of people booked.
- Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
- The guest undertakes to treat the apartment with care and to report any damage immediately.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
6. Liability
- We assume no liability for guests’ personal belongings.
- The guest is fully liable for any damage caused by him/her.
7. Data protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and used exclusively to process the booking.
8. Changes and revocation
- We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be published on our website and will be effective from the date of publication.
